  • At Noctava, we only collect the information that is necessary to provide you with a secure and personalized experience. This includes details like your email address, username, your location (if you choose to enable location services) for showing you the Events in your area and your contact book to easily connect you to your friend on Noctava. Your data is encrypted and handled with care – we never sell it to third parties, and we only use it to improve your experience within the app.

  • If someone is bothering you or behaving inappropriately, you can easily block them. Just go to their profile, tap on the three-dot menu in the corner, and select "Block User." Once blocked, that person won’t be able to see your content or contact you.
    If you ever change your mind, you can unblock someone by opening your app settings, going to the list of blocked users, and selecting "Unblock" next to their name.

  • Noctava is committed to being a safe space for everyone. If you come across content that is violent, hateful, or simply doesn't belong on the platform, you can report it directly. Tap on the three dots next to the post, video, comment, or profile, and choose "Report." From there, you’ll be asked to select a reason for your report. Our moderation team will review it quickly and take appropriate action. Don’t worry – your report remains completely anonymous.

  • Deleting your own content is easy and always in your control. Simply go to your profile, find the video you want to remove, and tap the options menu (three dots). Select "Delete" and confirm your choice. The post will be permanently removed from your account and from the app. We understand that people change their minds, and we want you to feel safe expressing yourself.

  • If you ever run into a problem or have a question, we’re here to help. You can reach out to our support team directly through the app by going to your profile and opening the "Support" section. From there, you can read help articles, send us a message, or submit a support request. Our team usually responds within 24 hours, and we always aim to solve your issue as quickly as possible.

  • If you want to make changes to your account details, such as your email address, password, or username, just head to the settings section of the app and tap on "Account."
    If you ever decide that you no longer want to use Noctava, you can delete your account entirely from the same section. Once you confirm this action, all of your data and content will be permanently removed from our servers. We hope you won’t want to leave, but the choice is always yours.
